We had an amazing stay in a quiet and residential area, surrounded by great restaurants in the laid-back Ari area. the staff was kind and helpful, providing us with telephone numbers of nearby restaurants. the room was clean and spacious, with a large bed, good water pressure, and plenty of lighting options. We enjoyed the green view outside and noticed the hotel is nearby kid-friendly places for families or good locations for work. the signage at the front of the hotel needs to be more visible.

I like the design and spaciousness of the room. It's ideal if one likes shopping in Jatuchak and Siam paragon areas.
It's a bit far from the bts station. And one has to walk a distance to get motorsai or taxi to the bts station. It'll be better if the apartment offers a free shuttle to the station.

the nice but clueless staff who went at great pains to limit the disaster
The suite had lamps, a fridge, a tv and a concrete floor - nothing more. Pretty empty for a suite not to say naked. Beds of course - in the bedroom. When we refered to the pictures in Booked.net for this category we were told in an apologetic tone that the room showed was the penthouse. We found out that they used the penthouse description for all categories. They brought finally some furniture from there. I guess we were the only guests in the place anyway. The place ist completely new and maybe not compeltey finished. The owner was the only with some command of english. We finally got him on the phone when we tried to pay and the staff did not accept credit cards . He ordered them to drive with us to an ATM what we did.

The service apartment we stayed in had really clean and spacious rooms. the location was great for exploring the city, being close to restaurants and coffee shops, and being a short walk away from public transportation. We also enjoyed having a helpful and friendly staff who provided us with lots of information about the area and helped us with our luggage.
One downside of the service apartment was that the towels were not in good condition. when we informed the staff, they were quick to respond and replaced them right away.

Location was serving my purpose cleanliness very good staff very courteous comfortable room
No elevator location a bit isolated from main roads (i suggest to have a shuttle service to BTS or main roads, a tuk tuk would be great) no breakfast included

Found it interesting to stay in this hotel as it offered free snacks and drinks. The staff was friendly and called us by name even after the first meeting. the location was great, with a variety of nearby restaurants, cafes, and shops. The room had excellent water pressure and provided decent lighting.
The towels in our room were torn, which took away from the feeling of luxury during our romantic escape. the room was smaller than what we expected and without necessary amenities like a swimming pool or gym.
